Rodri was instrumental in Spain’s Euro 2024 triumph, a deciding factor in his Ballon d'Or win later that year. Undoubtedly, he entered the 2026 World Cup as one of Spain’s most important players. Starting every match for La Roja, Rodri once again proved to be an irreplaceable figure in Luis de la Fuente’s side.
