Every player has that season—the one that changes everything. The one where progress becomes identity. Where challenges become milestones. At Madrid Euro Soccer Academy, this is that season. A new home. A higher standard. A deeper commitment to building complete footballers and even better people.
2024 was the year that MESA elevated its identity. Our program, approach and actions last season brought our vision to life, and with that vision, we were able to establish the culture we wanted firmly. But to truly forge the best tools, change must happen — even the sharpest tools must cool down after they are heated up. MESA is no different. To all the players, families, and supporters who helped us last year: this season, we’re eager to welcome you back. Now, we’re standing on the precipice of something new. Something monumental. A moment of transformation for the academy, and everyone in it.
As we kick off the 2025-2026 season, we’re doing so with something different in mind. Last season, we came into our own, but this season is where we take the spotlight. We start the season with two words in mind: vision and ambition. We want to continue building on the cultural foundation we established last year, and this year we want to take it further — we want to step fully into our elite identity. Our goal? To deliver to everyone a season of real individual transformation and collective excellence. And this is how.
This season at MESA, we’re moving into a new home. That home is Tenple Madrid, one of Europe’s premier athletic and academic campuses. This isn’t just a step up, but a giant leap forward. For us, it means better tools to make sharper players — full-size 11v11 fields, an elite gym, an Anti-G treadmill, and better GPS technology. And it’s all onsite. Tenple is a new home, but as a self-contained and professional ecosystem for training, recovery, education, and lifestyle, it’s also a total upgrade.
In a season marked by change, one thing remains the same — our philosophy. Our focus is to grow collectively as a team, while helping each player develop individually. Even at Tenple, we’ll continue to help our players master the Five Pillars, this time with the help of the new facilities. The biggest benefit is that everything is onsite — we have the 11v11 fields and a significantly improved gym at our disposal, and a program that’s designed to maximize them. The new facilities won’t just help us form players, but remind us of the lofty demands and standards we hold ourselves to.
Training at Tenple means a step up in everything we do. Our methodology remains the same, but the goals, means, and standards have elevated. We’re continuing our focus on individual development, and that means specialized individual training plans for each of our players.
All of these will allow for more focused and consistent development. That development takes time, patience, and facilities — at Tenple, we have all three.
As we raise our standards in training, we keep them raised during competitive matches too. With our expectations raised, we’re looking to compete at a higher level this season. We aim for peak performance at the Copa Santa Fe and Madrid Easter Cup, as well as regular elite friendlies against other top academies in Madrid. Despite all this, our mindset remains the same: consistency, maturity, and process over pressure. Diamonds thrive under pressure, but they also take time to form. At MESA, it’s about the process, not just the end result.
As we move to a new home at Tenple, we’re doing so with one eye on the present and one on the future. At MESA, we’re building a legacy — but legacy is built on leaders. Players thrive, but leaders last. That’s why we develop our players to be responsible for their actions, vocal on the pitch, and unified under pressure. The MESA Way and our values are non-negotiable, and help empower our players to grow as both players and human beings. We encourage players to take accountability and work together, fostering growth and building a deeper bond within the team — the stronger the team, the stronger the individual.
The 2025–2026 season is a historic milestone in MESA’s evolution. Not just for the players, but for everyone who has helped shape this journey—families, coaches, and the wider community. This is a season defined by change, growth, and elevated standards. It represents not only a step forward, but a turning point.
As we move boldly into the future, everything we do this year is designed to leave a lasting mark. A season with purpose. A culture with depth. A legacy that extends far beyond the pitch.
What we’re building isn’t just one season. It’s the next chapter of Madrid Euro Soccer Academy.
This season at MESA begins with bold ambition, but its impact will be measured in the standards we set and the growth we foster. Our commitment remains clear: to develop players holistically through Spanish football immersion, shaping not only better footballers but stronger individuals—on the pitch and beyond.
