When a player joins a pro soccer academy, there is a natural assumption that the academy will help them improve their skills and push them toward the next step in their soccer journey. 

At Madrid Euro Soccer Academy, we do everything we can to accomplish this expectation. We provide our players with elite training under UEFA Pro coaches, Spanish football immersion, and competitive opportunities—all part of our 360-degree elite player development plan.

What We Provide For Our Players

At MESA, our ultimate goal is to develop complete modern players. Our 360-degree development model recognizes that improving as a soccer player goes beyond sharpening one’s technical skills: we value tactical intelligence, emotional resilience, competitive readiness, and other crucial aspects when developing our players.

Through our thoughtfully-designed training sessions, our coaches ensure that our players gradually improve while recognizing the talent and skills they already bring to the table. We want to encourage their creativity, flexibility, and love for the sport. These are all things that will improve them as modern soccer players.

Our Integration Program is the perfect opportunity for our players to develop beyond the training they receive at MESA. Our players have the chance to try out for Spanish soccer clubs and compete with them in their local leagues for the rest of their time in Spain.

Additionally, we compete in high-level tournaments and friendlies to expose our players to the Spanish football pyramid. This is how MESA demonstrates our determination to improve our players: we maximize our close relationships with top teams in Spain to secure competitive opportunities for our players.

1. Players must show their talent and potential to compete at an elite level: We believe that our players have the skills needed to compete against elite players and teams. We believe in them, so they must believe in themselves. We trust in our ability to bring out the best in our players, but we need them to show us they can be the best version of themselves.
2. Players must be willing to work hard, persevere, and sacrifice: Whether they stay at MESA for a full season or for our Elite Summer Program, we need players who will make the most of the time and opportunity given to them. Playing soccer in Spain is a unique opportunity; players must exemplify their desire to train, perform and compete at a high level.
3. Players must be self-starters, with the discipline and responsibility to manage their personal program: Our players have to show ownership for their respective programs and manage their time and attention to the best of their abilities. It’s important that they can follow their schedules and put in their best efforts.
4. Players must have the openness and ability to adapt to new situations: The MESA program is designed to give players the opportunity to play against and for other Spanish academy teams. Our players have to be open-minded to the chance of training and playing with new players. Exposure to varying levels of competition will push our players to improve.

Players must have the confidence and courage to seize and make the most of this extraordinary opportunity: MESA looks for players who believe in themselves and seize the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in front of them. Our coaches and staff will guide, encourage, and train our players—but they must also be able to push themselves to be brave when the situation demands it.
